I’m a Registered Massage Therapist offering personalized treatments designed to help you move more comfortably and feel more at ease in your body.
Massage therapy can support relaxation, stress management, and overall physical well-being. Each treatment is customized to your comfort level and goals, whether you’re seeking relief from aches and pains or simply time to unwind.
Based in Welland Ontario, I’m currently accepting new patients and work with patients from St.Catharines, Niagara Falls, Port Colborne and all surrounding areas in the Niagara Region.

Your initial appointment time includes a discussion about your health history, a physical assessment, treatment and home care.
Follow up appointments include discussion of process, re-assessment, treatment and home care plan adjustments.

FAQs
Is a referral necessary to work with you?
No referral is necessary. However, some extended health benefit plans may require a prescription from your physician for reimbursement. Please check with your provider directly.
Can I use my health benefits for treatment?
All treatments are provided by a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and may be eligible for reimbursement through your extended health benefits. I do not submit insurance claims directly however I’ll provide a receipt after your appointment so that you can submit to your provider.
What should I wear to my appointment?
Please bring(or wear) a pair of shorts and a tank top. While some appointments are done traditionally with sheets and a blanket, many appointments require active movement.
Do you offer relaxation or spa style massage?
While I try to incorporate a relaxing environment, I don’t offer spa style relaxation therapy.
Where are you located?
I work inside the Welland TMJ Clinic at 18 Division Street, Welland, Ontario. Free street parking is available and the clinic is wheelchair accessible. All sessions are by appointment only.
