I am a complaint-focused and injury-specific massage therapist for active people who want lasting results.
Whether you’re dealing with a nagging sports injury, recovering from a strain, or need focused hands-on care — I take a clinical, evidence-based approach to get you moving and feeling better.
By providing customized, focused treatments along with targeted home care exercises we can get the results you want so you can go back to do the activities you enjoy the most.
Based in Welland Ontario, I’m currently accepting new patients and work with patients from St.Catharines, Niagara Falls, Port Colborne and all surrounding areas in the Niagara Region.

FAQs
Is a referral necessary to work with you?
No referral is necessary. However, some extended health benefit plans may require a prescription from your physician for reimbursement. Please check with your provider directly.
Can I use my health benefits for treatment?
All treatments are provided by a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and may be eligible for reimbursement through your extended health benefits. I do not submit insurance claims directly however I’ll provide a receipt after your appointment so that you can submit to your provider.
What should I wear to my appointment?
Please bring(or wear) a pair of shorts and a tank top. While some appointments are done traditionally with sheets and a blanket, many appointments require active movement.
Do you offer relaxation or spa style massage?
No — my treatments are focused on injury recovery, pain management, and improving mobility. I take a clinical, results-oriented approach that’s designed to help you feel and move better, not just relax.
Where are you located?
I work inside the Welland TMJ Clinic at 18 Division Street, Welland, Ontario. Free street parking is available and the clinic is wheelchair accessible. All sessions are by appointment only.
